Panzhihua to receive gas from China-Myanmar pipeline by end-2018

The city of Panzhihua in southern China’s Sichuan province will start receiving pipeline gas for the first time at the end of 2018.

The city of Panzhihua in southern China’s Sichuan province will start receiving pipeline gas for the first time at the end of 2018 when it finishes a 190-km connection to the China-Myanmar gas pipeline.

PetroChina’s Southwest Oil & Gasfield unit broke ground on the connection on 28 July.
