Six investment schemes have expressed an interest in acquiring the 66% majority stake on offer in Greek transmission system operator DESFA, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) said in a statement on Monday.
The six schemes are: Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe); a consortium comprising Snam, Enagás, Fluxys and Gasunie; a consortium of Transgaz and GRTgaz; Regasificadora del Noroeste; Integrated Utility Services; and Powerglobe.
