Chinese wholesale LNG prices averaged RMB 3,111/t ($8.93/MMBtu) last week, up by 0.74% from the previous week. Prices climbed in response to flooding from torrential rain in the city of Yulin in the northern province of Shaanxi last week, which closed some highways and prompted PetroChina to shut down the Zizhou gas field. Twenty-seven plants hiked their prices by an average of 2.16%.
