Egypt expects its gas production to climb from 147.2 million cubic metres per day (MMcm/d) currently to 175.6 MMcm/d by the end of next June, Petroleum Minister Tarek el-Molla has told Reuters.

The startup of production at the giant Zohr offshore gas field at the end of 2017 will boost Egypt’s output.
