Chinese ex-works wholesale LNG prices averaged RMB 3,088/t ($8.81/MMBtu) last week, up by 0.45% from the previous week. Scorching weather drove up gas-fired power demand. Twenty-two plants in Xinjiang, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia increased their prices by an average of 2.11% week on week.
