Shell in talks with Brazil’s Cosan over Comgás share swap

Shell is in talks to trade its shares in São Paulo gas distributor Comgás for a slice of Brazilian conglomerate Cosan, according to local press.

Cosan, which already controls 62.7% of Comgás, agreed to a deal when it took control of the gas distributor in 2012, newspaper Valor Econômico reported.
