Botswana delays request for proposals deadline for CBM

The government of Botswana has delayed the deadline for the submission of requests for proposals for the country’s 100 MW CBM-to-power project tender.

The government of Botswana has delayed the deadline for the submission of requests for proposals (RFPs) for the country’s 100 MW CBM-to-power project tender, according to a statement from Tlou Energy on the London Stock Exchange.

The original date for submissions was 12 July, but the deadline has been pushed back until 23 August because supporting documentation has not yet been released by Botswana’s Ministry of Mineral Resources.

Botswana’s government asked Tlou to take part in the tender using CBM reserves from the Lesedi project....
