Iran should consider revisiting the concept of unitisation with its neighbours to smooth the development of oil and gas fields that straddle international borders, a former IOC executive has said. 

“Unitisation is a very interesting policy for Iran and the […] Gulf,” Pierre Fabiani, Iran representative for French oil and gas supplier council Evolen and former chief executive of Total’s Iran business, told the Fifth Iran International Oil, Gas, Energy & Petrochemical Summit 2017 in Rome on Tuesday.
