Nanning households hit 80% pipeline gas access

Nearly 80% of households in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi region of southern China, can access pipeline gas, according to local media.

Nearly 80% of households in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi region of southern China, can access pipeline gas, according to local media.

The city has added 1.95 million gas users since it started sourcing gas from the second West-East Pipeline in January 2013.

Residential retail prices have fallen from RMB 4.6 per cubic metre ($19/MMBtu) in 2013 to RMB 3.22/cm at present.
