GE and YPF win $220 mln in finance for Argentine gas power plants

Subsidiaries of United States giant GE and Argentine state-run YPF have secured around $220 million in project financing for two jointly owned thermal power plant projects in Argentina.

The 267 MW Tucumán and 107 MW Loma Campana II projects represent the first power plant project financing in Argentina in almost 20 years.
