China’s NDRC pushes for increase in gas use

By Staff reporter 5 July 2017

China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has released a circular encouraging the increased use of gas in the country over the next few years, a goal that will be achieved by cutting the urban transport and distribution fees for city gas operators.

The NDRC’s circular reiterated a previously given target of increasing the share of gas in the energy mix to 10% by 2020.
