Russia will start supplying gas to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline on 20 December 2019, following an agreement signed on Tuesday between Gazprom and China National Petroleum Corp.
"I have no doubts that on 20 December 2019 supplies of Russian gas to China will begin," Gazprom Chief Executive Alexei Miller told journalists on Tuesday.
Miller noted that, according to experts, China's gas demand will reach 300 billion cubic metres per year in the next few years. Power of Siberia will allow Russia to supply China...
