ECJ to hear OPAL case on interim measures on Wednesday

The European Court of Justice will hold a public hearing regarding interim measures on the OPAL gas pipeline on Wednesday, the court has confirmed.

The Luxembourg-based court suspended a decision by the European Commission in December last year that would have allowed Gazprom to use more of the capacity on the pipeline.
