Gazprom has raised its production estimate for 2017 to 450 billion cubic metres based on results from the first half of the year, Chief Executive Alexei Miller said at the Russian gas giant’s AGM.
Gazprom’s initial production plan for this year was 430 bcm, but this was lifted to 442 bcm after the first quarter.
"In 2016, Gazprom resumed natural gas production growth. Production totalled 419.1 bcm, including 9.4 bcm of associated petroleum gas," said Miller.
