Swedish pension fund AP7 has sold its investments in six oil and gas companies that it says violate the Paris climate agreement, including ExxonMobil, Gazprom, TransCanada, Westar Energy, Entergy and Southern Corp.

AP7 stated the Paris agreement is one of the norms it includes in its analysis of investments and that it will no longer invest in companies that breach the accord through their operations.

AP7 is Sweden’s largest pension fund and provides pensions to 3.5 million Swedes.
