Bangladesh has agreed to buy 3.75 mtpa of LNG from Qatari state-owned RasGas, according to reports.

Bangladesh has agreed to buy 3.75 mtpa of LNG from Qatari state-owned RasGas, according to reports.

A Qatari team is in Dhaka to negotiate the price. The LNG will arrive at Bangladesh’s terminal at Moheshkhali Island in the Bay of Bengal, which is scheduled to start up in early 2018.
