Houston-based Noble Energy will sell its stake in Cone Gathering for $765 million, the company announced on Thursday.

Noble holds a 50% stake in Cone Gathering, which operates pipelines in the Marcellus shale play. Noble will also sell its 33.5% stake in Cone Midstream, which operates pipelines and a gas processing plant in the Marcellus, to Quantum Energy Partners in Houston.
