Russian state oil major Rosneft is not seeking to supply pipeline gas to Europe because of legal limitations, but it is not ruling out supplying gas from its international projects or from its Pechora LNG project, the company’s chief executive, Igor Sechin, has told journalists.
Rosneft is opening an office in Germany but cannot supply the country with piped gas from Russia as Gazprom has a monopoly on exports.
