The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) is 41% complete, Ian Bradshaw, the project’s managing director, said in a note on Tuesday.
"In terms of overall project progress, we are approximately 41% complete, including all engineering, procurement and construction scope. We are on track to deliver first gas from Shah Deniz in 2020," Bradshaw said.
The consortium behind the 878-km pipeline celebrated one year since the beginning of construction work on Tuesday. Bradshaw said that, so far, 173 km of welded steel pipes have been put in place...
