Gazprom hopes to agree the main terms of gas exports to China from Russia’s Far East, the Russian company’s chief executive, Alexei Miller, said on Sunday on the sidelines of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing.

Miller said gas supplies from Russia’s Far East are considered to be an extension of the 30-year contract China signed in 2014 for 38 billion cubic metres per year of Siberian gas.
