The European Commission has approved three schemes to support electricity production from renewable sources in France with a combined budget of around €1.2 billion ($1.3 billion) per year, it said on Friday.
The support covers an onshore wind scheme with a provisional budget of €1 billion per year, a solar scheme with a budget of €190 million per year and a sewage gas development scheme with a budget of €58 million per year.
