South Africa’s nuclear build programme has been halted by the country’s High Court, which says current nuclear deals with Russia, South Korea and the United States are unconstitutional, according to a report from Ground Up.

The programme covers 9.6 GW of nuclear power and was to be led by South African state-owned utility Eskom.
