Latvian Economics Minister Arvils Aseradens will meet Lithuania’s energy and economy ministers on Friday to discuss energy projects, the Baltic Daily News reported on Thursday.

Topics on the agenda include the synchronisation of the Baltic power grids with the continental European system and the restriction of electricity imports from the Astravets nuclear power plant, which is under construction in Belarus.

The ministers will also visit the Klaipeda FSRU, which is moored at the port of Klaipeda in Lithuania.
