Iran signs with GWL for 2D seismic survey of Caspian acreage

Iran has selected Geology Without Limits to acquire about 4,800 km of 2D seismic, marine gravity and magnetic data in the Iranian sector of the Caspian Sea.

The Geological Survey of Iran and Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine & Trade have selected Geology Without Limits (GWL) to acquire about 4,800 km of 2D seismic, marine gravity and magnetic data in the Iranian sector of the Caspian Sea.

The parties signed an agreement on 11 March in Tehran, GWL said in a statement. The survey data will be acquired in the third and fourth quarters of this year.
