India will build two pipelines to deliver gas and diesel to Bangladesh and its northeastern states, according to The Financial Express.
The project is part of the Framework of Understanding on Cooperation in the Hydrocarbon Sector, which was approved by the Indian cabinet after the recent visit to India by Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The framework is non-binding and expires after five years.
