Kinder Morgan and DCP to partner in Gulf Coast Express pipeline

Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline, a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan, has signed a letter of intent with DCP Midstream for DCP to partner in the proposed Gulf Coast Express Pipeline project.

Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline (KMTP), a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan (KM), has signed a letter of intent with DCP Midstream for DCP to partner in the proposed Gulf Coast Express Pipeline project.

DCP, which operates 36.8 million cubic metres per day of processing capacity in the Permian Basin in west Texas, will be a shipper on the proposed pipeline as well as a partner, while KMTP will build and operate the pipeline.
