LNG imports into Pakistan are forecast to double from their current levels by July 2017, official sources have said, according to local media reports.
"Currently, Pakistan is importing [17 million cubic metres per day of gas as] LNG, which is added to the transmission network and hopefully the matching quantity will add to the current supply by July 2017," officials were reported as saying.
