China’s oil and gas reform plan has been approved and could be released after the conclusion of two political meetings in Beijing next week, domestic media has cited Nur Bekri, director of the National Energy Administration (NEA), as saying.
The National Development and Reform Commission and the NEA will also draft related documents for energy exploration and exploitation, in addition to plans for pilot reform, said Bekri.
