Shell wants new LNG projects in Russia to receive state support in the form of tax relief, Shell Russia head Olivier Lazar has told journalists.
Lazar suggested tax breaks were needed to allow Russian projects to compete with their US counterparts. He added that Shell was keen to discuss taxes for Baltic LNG, in which the Anglo-Dutch major is cooperating with Gazprom.
