Enarsa launches tender for GNEA gas pipeline

Argentine state-owned energy company Enarsa has launched a tender for the operation and maintenance of several sections of the proposed Gasoducto del NEA gas pipeline.

Argentine state-owned energy company Enarsa has launched a tender for the operation and maintenance of several sections of the proposed Gasoducto del NEA (GNEA) gas pipeline, Business News Americas reported on Monday.

The $3 billion GNEA project will connect to the Juana Azurduy pipeline, which transports gas from Bolivian fields to the Argentine province of Salta. It will connect the rural provinces of Salta, Formosa, Chaco, Misiones, Corrientes, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe to the gas network, thereby bringing the fuel to a further 3.4 million...
