Thailand's state-owned PTT plans to import more LNG to offset the gas supply loss from a leaking pipeline, the energy conglomerate said in a statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand today.

"The Energy Ministry has ordered PTT to import more shipments of LNG to cover supply losses after the pipe leak last weekend," Norkun Sitthiphong, a senior official at Thailand’s Energy ministry told reporters.
