US states promote use of natural gas vehicles

With natural gas in abundant supply due to access to United States unconventional gas resources, like shale gas; the push to encourage Americans to buy vehicles powered by natural gas (NGVs) is on the increase.

With natural gas in abundant supply due to access to United States unconventional gas resources, like shale gas; the push to encourage Americans to buy vehicles powered by natural gas (NGVs) is on the increase. This month, four more states, Colorado, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Pennsylvania plan to replace ageing state vehicle fleets including school buses and trucks, with NGVs.
