Gazprom’s board of directors will vote in absentia on 24 February on syndicated credit arranged by the London branch of the Bank of China, the Russian gas producer said in a statement.

The Commercial Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of China are said to be included in the syndicate. The deal may close in the next two months.
