As energy ministers met in Doha this weekend for the Gas Exporting Countries’ Forum’s first summit, the issue of LNG pricing and co-operation in future LNG projects was top of the agenda.

Qatar, the world’s largest LNG producer, is in negotiations with Russia’s Novatek to take a stake in Russia’s flagship Yamal LNG project, Qatar’s Energy Minister Mohammed al-Sada told reporters on Sunday.
