Fifteen EU and Energy Community countries in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to accelerate the building of gas infrastructure, and to tackle the technical and regulatory issues hampering security of gas supply of gas in the region, the European Commission said on Friday.
