Strong demand for gas-fired power is expected to support an increase in China’s LNG output this week, to an average of 36,747 tons per day.

China National Offshore Oil Corp.’s Tianjin terminal dispatched an average of 269 LNG tanker trucks per day last week, making it China’s top-selling terminal. It was followed by Sinopec’s Beihai and Tianjin terminals, which sent out 250 and 180 tankers per day respectively.
