Renewable energy investment in EU countries has seen a slowdown in recent years, leaving many member states at risk of missing their 2020 renewables targets, the Luxembourg-based EU Court of Auditors noted in a report released on Thursday. The slowdown follows a significant rise in investment seen since 2005.
