The key issue: Shell is ready to start FEED work for its Rosmari-Marjoram deepwater project offshore the Malaysian state of Sarawak, for which an FID could be taken as early as next year.

Interfax analysis: Contractors confirmed this month that they have been invited to offer bids for the FEED work for the Rosmari-Marjoram project as Shell is moving ahead with its Malaysian development despite the rising resource nationalism that has gripped the East Malaysian state.
