State-owned China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) unloaded 2.0 mt of LNG at its terminal in Ningbo during the first four months of 2019, putting the busy facility on course to operate far beyond its 3.0 mtpa nameplate capacity for the third year in a row.

CNOOC will receive around 6.0 mt at the terminal in 2019 as a whole if imports for the rest of the year maintain the same pace as the first four months. This would be up by around 10% from the...
