Pipeline gas transactions on the Shanghai Petroleum and Gas Exchange last week were at their lowest level in two months, at 288 million cubic metres. Piped trades on the Chongqing exchange were similarly subdued, with last week’s volume of 800,000 cubic metres the lowest since the platform opened for business at the end of April 2018. No LNG was traded on either exchange last week.
