Serbia’s energy regulator has decided to limit third-party access exemptions along the Serbian section of the proposed South Stream Lite pipeline to 70% of its capacity. The decision means that Gazprom will be able to deliver only 2.0 billion cubic metres per year of gas from the TurkStream pipeline to Serbia instead of its desired 2.5 bcm/y.
