Gulf LNG producers are trying to catch up with the momentum surrounding LNG bunkering before the International Maritime Organization (IMO) introduces its cap on sulphur emissions in 2020. The drive to grab a share of the future market, as well as the effects of regional geopolitics, are fuelling the race for Gulf states to develop infrastructure in the region and beyond.
