Excelerate Energy officially withdrew its plans for the Aguirre Offshore Gasport LNG terminal in Puerto Rico from consideration by the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission last week.
The project would have used one of Excelerate Energy’s FSRU vessels and fed gas to the Aguirre power plant complex on the southeast coast of Puerto Rico.
