Russian major Rosneft signed an agreement on the creation of a joint venture with China’s Beijing Gas on Thursday aimed at developing a network of 170 CNG filling stations in Russia.
Under the agreement, Beijing Gas will have a 45% stake, Rosneft said in a statement. The parties will also consider building LNG filling stations.
