Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC) has struck a pair of gas-focused agreements with Eni and Saudi Aramco following Monday’s unconventional gas deal with Total.
The agreement with Eni, which was made on Tuesday, gives the Italian major a 25% stake in the Ghasha concession, ADNOC’s offshore ultra-sour-gas project.
Eni will contribute 25% of the development costs for the multibillion-dollar development. The deal is the first in a series of concession agreements between ADNOC and Eni.
