Jair Bolsonaro, the far-right congressman tipped to succeed Michel Temer as president of Brazil, is likely to continue with the hands-off approach to energy policy pursued by his predecessor. However, Bolsonaro is an enigma who could cave in to pressure in the face of a crisis.
