All of the main issues that needed to be settled for the creation of a joint venture dedicated to the Baltic LNG project have been concluded, Russia’s TASS news agency reported Cederic Cremers, country chair for Russia at Shell, as saying at a conference on Tuesday.

A pre-FEED study is being carried out for Baltic LNG, Cremers said, adding the study will probably take six-to-nine months and will be followed by an FID soon after. The Baltic LNG project envisages the construction of a
