Output from Groningen could rise on an annual basis over the coming months, but this will not be enough to stop a fall in total European production in H1.
Strong declines in production from the Groningen field at the start of 2016 will outweigh potential annual increase over the coming months. This will weigh on total European supply in H1, which is expected to fall by around 2% year on year.
