The Henry Hub front-month futures price has some upside in H2 2016, despite a bearish market, as the growth in US gas production continues to moderate.
Gas prices in western Canada are expected to come under intense pressure in the coming months as gas demand wanes. Meanwhile, the continuous flow of LNG cargoes to Latin America from other regions will worsen the regional glut, pressuring spot LNG prices in turn.
