The NBP day-ahead price was down to 36 p/th on Tuesday, a 6% decline from the highs seen last week. 

Prices across Europe are under pressure, but the drop in hub prices over the past week has not been dramatic. This trend looks likely to continue over the coming week.

Gas demand in the UK has been below seasonal norms this week. Weaker offtake from the power sector as well as reduced requirements for heating have limited demand. UK gas consumption is expected to be around 9%...
